Make it Better!

Welcome to the Make It Better landing page!  The objective of the Make it Better initiative is to continually improve and refine the member experience so that each interaction with a member is exceptional.  Do you have an idea, a suggestion, or a thought that would improve how we interact with members?  Some ideas would include:

  • Ways to speed up scheduling a trip (shortcuts, order flow of inputting a trip, etc)
  • Improvements in our scripting/dialogue with members, which would improve clarity and reduce talk time (without sacrificing exceptional member interactions)
  • Additional training topics 
  • Tools or resources that are missing that would improve the experience in scheduling for members
  • Ways to improve provider interactions
