Mark Stumpf, Director of Data Analytics

Mark Stumpf comes to National MedTrans with over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. Mark’s expertise are in database architecture, programming and administration, systems administration, workflow applications, business intelligence, data management and analytics.

Todd Allen,  Director of Client Services

Todd joins National Medtrans Network as the Director of Client Services.  Over the course of his career, Todd Allen has served in various roles and positions that have helped him develop a strong knowledge and passion in the healthcare industry.

Gina Cancilla, Director of Revenue Cycle and Reimbursement

Ms. Cancilla is responsible for directing National MedTrans Network’s revenue cycle and reimbursement. She oversees claims processing and reimbursement and is instrumental in balancing the relationship between the providers and the payers.

Jodi Woods, Director of Provider Credentialing

Jodi serves as Director of Provider Credentialing at NMN.  She oversees the Credentialing Dept., whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to the collection and verification of provider documentation, sanction oversight and database management.  She is also responsible for organization and submission with regard to payer audits of credentialing files.

Ron O’Grady, Director of Payer & PACE Operations  

Mr. O’Grady joined the National MedTrans Network management team in May of 2013. He has worked in the transportation industry for over thirty-three years and has been specifically in the medical transportation industry for the past eighteen years. He has developed strong business relationships with contracted health plan representatives as well as the owners and managers of the transportation providers in our network.

Diane Fisher, Director of Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement

Ms. Diane Fisher has been with National Med Trans since August 2013.  As Director of Quality Assurance she is responsible for the investigation and reporting of all member grievances and incidents.

Tara Zanni, Director of Call Center Operations

Ms. Zanni, has been managing transportation services on Long Island and all over NYS for over twenty two years. Tara works closely with the long island chapter of OMIG, Medicaid Unit, and has met with a group of 20-25 Medicaid auditors and inspectors of OMIG to give them an overview and understanding of Medicaid NEMT on Long Island.  SInce joining NMN Tara has developed the “Raise the Bar” program to improve the quality of our Customer Service.

Lisa Sirianni, Director of Implementation and Special Projects & Chief Compliance Officer

Ms. Sirianni serves as NMN’s Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Implementation and Special Projects. Her responsibilities include development and maintenance of all policies, procedures and manuals, responding to Requests for Information / Requests for Proposals, due diligence, managing compliance activities and functions, staff training and education, and assisting with management of quality functions.
